Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith serves as a Service Coordinator at Rocket IT since February 2021, playing a key role in supporting the Client Services Team to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of Marketing Coordinator, where responsibilities included event coordination, public relations, social media management, and content development. Jessica's experience also includes positions as a Resident Assistant and Summer Conference Host at the University Housing - The University of Georgia, along with a News Intern role at WGCL/CBS46. Additionally, Jessica gained retail experience as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Belk. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Georgia.
