Allen Loconte is a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of diverse management experience in Aerospace Quality and Operations. They have held key roles such as Director of Operations at Parker Meggitt and Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Meggitt, where they managed multiple teams and developed crucial quality management systems. Currently, Allen serves as the Director of Global Quality at Rocket Lab, driving quality initiatives across the organization. They hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
