Audra Henington

Audra Henington, SHRM-CP, PHR, serves as the Lead People & Culture Business Partner at Rocket Lab since August 2023, previously holding the role of People & Culture Business Partner. Prior to this role, Audra dedicated over 12 years to Lescombes Family Vineyards, where responsibilities included serving as Human Resources Manager and Assistant Accounting Manager. Audra's career began at ReMax Infinity as an Administrative Assistant for nearly four years. Educated at New Mexico Highlands University, Audra earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management between 2007 and 2010, following a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from 2003 to 2007.
