Ben Malcolm

Ben Malcolm brings over 20 years of experience in composite manufacturing within the marine and aerospace industries. They have worked on a variety of projects, ranging from vintage wooden yachts to cutting-edge racing boats and composite launch vehicles. Ben was an apprentice at Salthouse Boatbuilders Ltd before establishing a robust career at Rocket Lab, where they held various managerial roles, including Director of Neutron stage production. Additionally, they contributed significantly as a Composite Boat builder for Emirates Team New Zealand during key racing seasons and continue to pursue a degree in Manufacturing at Unitec.
