Benjamin Klammer is an experienced propulsion engineer currently serving as Team Lead for Propulsion Development Test at Rocket Lab since October 2019. Klammer has progressed through various roles at Rocket Lab, conducting comprehensive testing of space propulsion systems, including planning hot fire tests, analyzing data, and developing testing procedures. Prior to this, Klammer held engineering positions at other companies such as Airbus, where modal mass estimation and data analysis were performed, and AFCC, focusing on catalyst layer research. Klammer began a career in engineering with internships at Rocky Mountain Bicycles and has garnered additional experience in customer service and logistics roles. Klammer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria.
