Bevan Tucker

Bevan Tucker is a Ground Systems Engineer I - Mechanical at Rocket Lab, with prior experience as a Junior Ground Systems Engineer in the same field. Bevan served as Vehicle Dynamics Design Lead with The University of Auckland Formula SAE Team, where involvement included roles as Vehicle Dynamics Lead and Suspension and Race Team Member. Experience as a Number 2 Mechanic in the Formula Regional Oceania Championship with Kiwi Motorsport was completed in February 2023. Previous positions include Fleet Assistant at Cityhop Car Share and Delivery Driver at Urgent Couriers Limited. A Mechanical Engineering Intern role was held at Viking Ironcraft, along with experience as a Vehicle Groomer and Groundskeeper at Brodie European VW and Audi Specialists. Bevan holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Auckland and completed education at Auckland Grammar School.
