Daniel Walker

Daniel Walker is an accomplished talent acquisition and diversity professional with extensive experience across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Cultivation at Partly since November 2023, Daniel also holds the position of Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Rocket Lab since May 2022. Prior roles include Head of Talent at Cord and a series of positions at Amazon, where key contributions involved leading diversity and inclusion initiatives across EMEA, establishing talent acquisition teams, and managing engineering hiring for the Alexa voice service. Daniel's career began at BMW UK as a Project Manager after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Birmingham City University.
