Elliot Barlow

Elliot Barlow is a seasoned Flight Systems Integration and Test Engineer with a diverse background in aerospace engineering. They served as the COSMIC-2 I&T Engineer at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research from 2013 to 2019, leading integration and test activities for satellites. Barlow also held roles at renowned organizations including The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, focusing on systems engineering and integration for various space missions. Currently, they are a Senior Integration and Test Engineer II at Rocket Lab, contributing to advanced aerospace projects. Barlow holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
