Eugene Narayan

Eugene Narayan is an experienced People & Culture professional currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at Rocket Lab since December 2023. Previously, a People & Culture Advisor I at the same company, Eugene has also held roles as a Human Resources Advisor at Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau and an HR Advisor at Auckland DHB. Before these positions, Eugene worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Counties Manukau Health and as an Associate Consultant in Recruitment at Accounting Practices Limited, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and executive search. Eugene began the career in a part-time capacity as an OSCAR Programme Coordinator at YMCA of Auckland while pursuing education. Eugene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Employment Relations & Organizational Studies from The University of Auckland and completed high school at St Peter's College, Auckland.
