James Henderson is an experienced engineer with a strong background in flight software and product development. Currently serving as Team Lead for Electron Flight Software at Rocket Lab since October 2022, James has held multiple roles including Senior Flight Software Engineer and Flight Software Engineer. Prior to Rocket Lab, James led product development at CCell from August 2018 to September 2022, overseeing power electronics, embedded software, mobile applications, and cloud infrastructure. Earlier experience includes positions as a Mechanical and Software Engineer at CCell and internship roles at Arconic and Flight Data Services. James holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
