Jeff Kwong

Jeff Kwong is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Rocket Lab, where management of two tech demo spacecraft is in progress. Previously, Jeff held key roles at Virgin Orbit as Director of Mission Management, overseeing the execution of various launches and improving mission management processes, resulting in multiple successful missions. Prior experience includes Program Manager at Tyvak Nano-Satellite Systems, where lunar programs were managed, and engineering roles at VOX Space, Virgin Orbit, Sierra Nevada Corporation, Lockheed Martin, and academic positions at Utah State University and NASA Ames Research Center. Jeff holds an MBA in Sustainability from the University of Colorado Boulder and degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering, showcasing a strong technical foundation complemented by significant contributions to various aerospace initiatives.
