Johann Mostert is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and composites. Currently serving as the Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Rocket Lab since August 2022, Johann has previously held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at the same company. Prior to joining Rocket Lab, Johann was a Senior Production Engineer at Jonker Sailplanes from January 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included roles as Design Engineer & Prototyping Department Manager and Design Engineer. Johann holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (with Honours) from North-West University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
