John Boccagna Elder

John Boccagna Elder, PE, currently serves as the Lead Ground Systems Engineer at Rocket Lab, focusing on Launch Complex 3 since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Ground Systems Engineer and Launch Engineer at Relativity Space, where efforts concentrated on fluid system design for the CCSFS Launch Complex 16. John's background also encompasses mechanical engineering roles at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included overseeing ground support system designs for the OmegA launch vehicle, and at the Virginia Spaceport Authority, supporting Antares Cargo-Resupply missions to the International Space Station.
