Joseph (Jesse) Oliver is a Principal Dynamics Engineer at Rocket Lab, where responsibilities include overseeing dynamics and environments for Neutron development since September 2023. Previously, as Vehicle Analysis Lead at Rocket Lab from February 2020 to October 2022, management of a team engaged in structural, dynamics, and thermofluid analysis for various space programs was achieved, resulting in team growth from five to twelve engineers.
