Michael Daly is an experienced Vehicle Development Engineer at Rocket Lab, holding various engineering roles since December 2017. Currently, Michael leads the Reusability Program, focusing on the development of a reusable Electron rocket and collaborating with executive teams to initiate the Reuse R&D program. Previously, as a Propulsion & Fluids Manufacturing Engineer, responsibilities included designing for manufacture, implementing new processes, and managing manufacturing efforts for satellite programs. Michael began as a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, optimizing production processes and ensuring quality control in aerospace manufacturing. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Massey University.
