Currently serving as Principal Engineer of Safety & Mission Assurance at Rocket Lab since August 2018, Michelle has previously held the position of Systems Safety Engineer Staff at Lockheed Martin from August 2004 to July 2018. Michelle's career began as a Safety Engineer at AWE from September 2002 to July 2004. Michelle earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London between 1998 and 2002.
