Mike Mai

Mike Mai is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in avionics and RF testing. Currently serving as a Senior Avionics Test Engineer at Rocket Lab since October 2024, Mike previously held the position of Senior RF Test Engineer at Epirus from March 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included designing PCBAs and RF test systems. Prior to that, Mike worked as a Test Engineer at Esterline Technologies Corporation, focusing on test plan generation and system qualification testing, and spent several years at Posey Company designing PCBAs and establishing manufacturing standards. Mike Mai holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Science in Electronics from Santa Ana College.
