Misché Hubbard is a Senior Process Engineer at Rocket Lab, currently engineering inorganic quantum dots to target bacterial biofilms for biomedical applications. They earned a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they also served as a Graduate Research Assistant, specializing in chiral carbon nanoparticles. Misché has previously held research positions at the University of Hamburg and Procter & Gamble and contributed as an undergraduate teaching assistant at the University of New Mexico. Passionate about mentorship, Misché aims to positively influence underrepresented youth in the field of science.
