Nick Griffin

Nick Griffin began their career in the agricultural sector as a 2IC for a lettuce harvesting crew in Gisborne, New Zealand, after finishing high school in 2011. They later transitioned to door-to-door sales, where they honed their sales skills and built a small team over two years. Following a brief stint in the automotive industry, Nick traveled internationally for a year, which inspired them to pursue a diploma in New Zealand Tourism in 2017. Currently, they serve as the Facility Operations Lead at Rocket Lab, where they focus on logistics and inventory management for both the New Zealand launch site and the United States launch pad.
