Nickey Raines

Nickey Raines has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Manager of the Stennis Propulsion Test Complex at Rocket Lab since October 2022, where the focus is on developing ground systems and test equipment for the Archimedes engine within the Neutron program. Prior roles include Manager of Rocket Test Operations Engineering at Blue Origin, Principal Engineer for Development Test at Space Exploration Technologies, and Director of Test Operations at SpaceX. Raines previously held various positions at NASA from 1999 to 2009, including Deputy Chief Engineer and Manager of the Mechanical Engineering Design Branch. Raines earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University between 1984 and 1986.
