Paul Watts

Paul Watts is a Senior Propulsion Engineer at Rocket Lab since April 2023, with extensive experience in propulsion engineering and systems analysis from previous roles at Virgin Orbit, Frontier Aerospace Corporation, and Northrop Grumman. At Virgin Orbit, Paul served as a Senior Propulsion Engine Systems Analyst, focusing on engine performance evaluations, GUI development for engine modeling, and post-flight analysis. Paul's career includes leading propulsion subsystem modeling, risk reduction efforts, and the development of high-fidelity models at Northrop Grumman, along with program management for an axial engine development project at Frontier Aerospace Corporation.
