Pete Woods

Pete Woods brings a wealth of experience in machining and manufacturing, currently serving as Leading Hand in Production Machining and Senior CNC Programmer (5 Axis) at Rocket Lab since April 2019. As Managing Director at Gifting Gallery Limited since November 2024, Pete focuses on premium and niche gift box delivery across New Zealand. Prior experience includes roles as Mechanical Fitter at Bechtel Corporation for oil and gas plant commissioning, Machinist at Caman Engineering WA Pty Ltd and Traction and Mining Motor Repairs, and a machinist position in the Royal New Zealand Air Force from 2007 to 2014. Pete's background showcases a solid foundation in precision machining and leadership within the industry.
