Sam Bristow

Sam Bristow is a skilled software quality assurance engineer with extensive experience in software testing and verification. Currently serving as a Senior Software QA Engineer at Rocket Lab since April 2021, Sam previously worked as a Software Engineer at Syrp from March 2017 to April 2021 and as a Software Verification Engineer at Dynamic Controls, where responsibilities included implementing automated and manual testing for electric wheelchair systems. Earlier roles include an Engineering Intern at Cubic Defence New Zealand, developing Bluetooth prototype hardware, a QA Technician at Unitech Industries utilizing ISO 9001:2008 practices, and various positions at Lion Co, focusing on project-based work and operational support. Sam holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. Hons.) in Computer Systems Engineering from The University of Auckland, earned in 2012.
