Stefan Martin

Stefan Martin is a highly skilled mechanical engineer with diverse experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Development Engineer II at Rocket Lab since July 2024, Stefan previously held the position of Optomechanical Engineer at Zaber Technologies, where responsibilities included product management for the X-MOR series of automated objective turrets. Before that, Stefan was a Research Engineer at Thin Red Line Aerospace, leading the development of inflatable structures for NASA's SBIR contract. Other roles include Senior Propulsion Team Member at Waterloo Rocketry, Manufacturing Engineer at Formlabs, and various engineering positions at Synaptive Medical, Agfa Graphics, Gypsum Technologies Inc., and TRAFx Research Ltd. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and completed an international exchange term at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
