Tom Barker

Tom Barker is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a Launch Safety Operator at Rocket Lab since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Airwork Holdings Ltd, progressing from Operations Controller to Deputy Operations Control Manager, focusing on safety, operations management, and staff training.
