Tom Mowbray

Tom Mowbray is a seasoned engineer currently serving as the System Engineering Team Lead and Senior Systems Engineer for Propulsion and Fluid Systems at Rocket Lab since September 2022, where the focus is on integrating propulsion and fluid systems into launch vehicle architecture. Prior experience includes various roles at Rolls-Royce from 2014 to 2022, progressing from a Summer Intern to positions such as System Design Engineer, System Architect, and Development Engineer. Notable contributions include serving as the subsystem integrator for turbine designs and leading design projects under tight deadlines. Tom began a career in engineering with a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, complemented by a summer internship at Bentley Motors.
