Bilal Afroz

Bilal Afroz is the Head of Measurement and Evaluation (M&E) at Rocket Learning, where they lead a team focused on uncovering insights in early childhood education through data-driven strategies. Their career reflects a strong commitment to improving lives through rigorous evaluation, having worked in over 20 countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Previously, Bilal held key positions at Fairtrade International, Athena Infonomics, and Sambodhi Research and Communications, where they developed and implemented impactful M&E frameworks. Bilal earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Forest Management.
