Currently, as the Founder of TheHome-Skool, they focus on creating personalized learning experiences that integrate traditional education with modern skill development. Previously, Dev led product strategy at Narayana's The Learning App and managed multiple operations at Avanti Learning Centres, significantly increasing user engagement and revenue. They hold a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
