Reetika Srivastava

Reetika Srivastava is currently the Chief of Staff at Rocket Learning, a social enterprise focused on making early learning accessible to all children in India. With a Master of Science in Physics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, they transitioned from the financial services sector to the social impact arena, driven by a passion for tackling complex development issues. Previously, they held positions at Citi and Samagra, where they led teams and enhanced operational processes to improve service delivery. Reetika has also gained internship experience at LocoBuzz, Morningstar, and HelpAge India, showcasing a diverse skill set that bridges finance and social initiatives.
