With a Bachelor of Design in Information Arts and Design Practices from Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, and a Master of Arts in Design for Social Innovation & Sustainable Futures from the London College of Communication, Ridhima has developed a diverse skill set. Professional experience includes roles such as Communication Designer at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences and Fold Labs, where collaboration with teams on targeted design projects was emphasized. As Co-Founder of upaai, Ridhima led efforts to create purposeful designs addressing systemic issues in education and healthcare sectors. Currently working as an Associate in Learning Experience & Design at Rocket Learning, Ridhima remains dedicated to impactful design solutions.
