Sabhya Bajaj

Sabhya Bajaj has diverse professional experience in people success, product management, and talent acquisition. At Urban Company, Sabhya held the position of Associate - People Success from June 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, roles included Product Manager and Associate Product Manager at Rocket Learning in October 2025. Earlier experience at Accolite Digital involved talent acquisition as well as an internship in the same field, while initial exposure to human resources occurred during an internship at NMG Technologies in the summer of 2019. Academically, Sabhya is pursuing an Executive Programme in General Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has a BA (Hons) in Political Science from Hindu College, Delhi University, along with completing Class 12th CBSE at The Heritage School, Rohini.
