Vaibhav Garg

Vaibhav Garg is an education strategist with over a decade of experience partnering with governments in India and Africa to enhance learning outcomes. Currently serving as the Lead for the Birth to Three Program at Rocket Learning, they previously held significant roles at Kizazi, where they spearheaded strategy and operations for multi-country school transformation, growing revenue fourfold. Vaibhav's early career included a fellowship with Teach For India, where they achieved notable improvements in literacy for their students, and time at BCG, where they contributed to early childhood and school reform efforts recognized as best practices. They hold a B.E. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from BITS Pilani.
