Jay Stephens

Jay Stephens has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jay started their career at BondDesk Group LLC in 2000, where they served as a Client Integration specialist, handling technology, implementation, and project management for top clients. Jay also played a key role in merger and rebranding projects and developed comprehensive QA testing plans. In 2011, they joined Green Shield Canada as a Business Analyst, collaborating with business units and IT staff to define and translate requirements. Jay then moved back to BondDesk Group LLC in 2012 as the VP Client Services, where they worked closely with clients, specialists, and engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement configuration items. In 2015, Jay joined Quicken Loans as a Business Analyst - Project Manager, responsible for managing projects and collaborating with various teams. Jay is currently working at Rocket Loans as the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, where they oversee strategic initiatives and drives innovation within the company.

Jay Stephens has an education history that includes obtaining a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2010. Jay also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Project Management and Computer Information Systems from Davenport University between 2014 and 2016.
