Drew Keatts

Drew Keatts has a diverse work experience with multiple roles in the IT industry and graphic design. Drew started their career as an IT intern at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill) in 2023. In 2014, they joined SparkPost, a MessageBird company, where they progressed through various roles including IT Operations Lead and Senior System Administrator. During their time at SparkPost, they managed SaaS products, oversaw onboarding processes and pipeline, led help desk support, and worked on multiple IT projects. Drew also implemented BetterCloud, created workflow automations, and installed Google Meet Kits. Prior to their IT career, Drew worked as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Consultant at Render Creative, LLC. Drew also gained experience as a Facilities Assistant at Brown Advisory, starting in 2012.

Drew Keatts attended Eastern Technical High School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a high school degree in Culinary Arts / Hospitality. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Purpose Institute and earned an Associate's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies.
