Phil Boothe has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Phil currently holds the role of Director of Engineering, Platform at Rocket Money, where they have been working since July 2022. In these roles, they managed day-to-day operations, improved collections rates, and became the primary point of contact for software errors based on their system expertise. Phil worked at Strayer University from September 2012 to March 2015.

Phil's early work experience includes their time as a Customer Service Associate at Wegmans Food Markets from August 2005 to September 2012.

Phil Boothe completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, from the years 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they received an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College, from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, in March 2017, Phil obtained a certification for Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
