Rocket Routine OS is an AI-native Strategic Execution Operating System for founder-led B2B software companies with 15 to 50 employees.

Rocket Routine is not another tool. It is the operating layer above your tools that connects strategic intent to verified execution.

Three pillars:
- Control Tower. One place where the CEO sees everything in flight. Work status, blockers, approvals, decisions. WIP limits and the pull principle make sure work is pulled, not pushed.
- Role-based AI operators. Not chatbots. Governed digital teammates with explicit decision rights, tool access boundaries, and quality confirmation duties. Every role has a Role Contract.
- Verification first. Nothing ships without quality confirmation. Every deliverable has a definition of done, a QC report, and an evidence trail. Quality is guaranteed by process design, not by inspection after the fact.

Built on proven lean principles: PDCA, Poka Yoke, pull principle, 7 Wastes, structured decision methods.

Foundational principle: processes are the problem, not people.

Rocket Routine OS is being built right now. Our own company Rocket Routine GmbH (Company 0) runs on it daily as proof of concept.
