Cara Howe

Cara Howe is the Senior Director of Customer Success Management at Rocket Software, where they currently lead efforts to enhance customer engagement and outcomes. With a solid background in the computer software industry, Cara has previously held leadership roles at TraceLink, where they built and managed international Customer Success teams focused on the pharmaceutical supply chain. Prior to that, they served as an EDI Analyst at Wayfair and held account management positions at TIE Kinetix. Cara has taught ESL in South Korea and holds an MBA from the University of Bradford, as well as pursuing a B.S. in E-Commerce from Franklin Pierce University.
