They served as the Brasil Country Manager for Oracle's Financial Services Global Business Unit, where they established local sales operations and drove significant growth with major financial institutions. Throughout their career, Celso has held various leadership positions at organizations such as IBM, TIBCO, and Tata Consultancy Services, where they focused on analytics, risk management, and cloud solutions. Celso's educational background includes multiple degrees, including a Master of Financial and Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA in Business Management. Currently, Celso is the Territory Sales Leader at Rocket Software, engaged in consultative technical sales in the LATAM region.
