Mugdha Bapat is a seasoned technical communicator and Design Thinking trainer currently working as the Director of Information Development at Rocket Software. With a background in enterprise software content creation, Mugdha has extensive experience in technical writing and content strategy across various organizations, including TIBCO Software and IBM. Mugdha's passion for minimalism and user experience drives efforts in structured authoring and community content management. In addition to serving as the Vice President of STC India in 2017, Mugdha currently manages webinars for the organization and facilitates Design Thinking workshops for beginners. Mugdha holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Pune and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Analytics.
