Ray Overby

Ray Overby is a seasoned technical director at Rocket Software since March 2023, with extensive expertise in mainframe security and vulnerability. Previously, Ray served as the chief technology officer at Key Resources, Inc. from July 1988 to July 2024, and as a senior software developer at SKK, Inc. from May 1981 to October 1988, where Ray led the development of ACF2 distributed database support. Ray's educational background includes a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
