Shauna Daly

Shauna Daly is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting for technology and sales roles across global teams. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Rocket Software since April 2024, Shauna previously held the position of Senior Recruiter at OpenText from February 2013 to November 2023, where successful relationship-building with hiring managers led to significant recruitment achievements in CyberRes, Mainframe, Application Development & Testing, and IT Operations. Earlier roles include Contract Recruiter positions at SunGard Financial, EMC, and Magenic, where Shauna excelled in filling niche positions, as well as Lead Recruiter at Avanade, focused on establishing a recruiting function for its Federal business.
