Tom Crocker

Tom Crocker is a Senior Solution Advisor at Rocket Software, where responsibilities include assisting customers and IBM team members with IBM Db2 for z/OS tools across Europe in both pre- and post-sales contexts. Key tasks encompass technical presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, installation, deployment, customization, and troubleshooting. Prior to joining Rocket Software in July 2018, Tom spent eighteen years at IBM, serving as the DB2 for z/OS Early Support Program Manager and System Z IM Client Technical Advisor, focusing on maximizing customer value from data investments.
