Ayana Harvey

Ayana Harvey, SPHR, serves as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Rocket Companies, where since 2012, key contributions have included strategic planning for organizational objectives and executing a nationwide workforce reduction of nearly 5,000 employees with minimal disruption. Previously, at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from January 2005 to September 2012, Ayana held roles as a Training Analyst, where data analysis drove training improvements, and as Bargaining Chairperson for UAW Amalgamated Local 1781, participating in high-stakes union negotiations and grievance arbitration. Ayana holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.
