Bryan Minassian

Bryan Minassian is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Risk Management at Rocket Companies since October 2025, Bryan previously held various leadership roles at Mr. Cooper from June 2006 to October 2025, including Vice President of Risk and Compliance Servicing, where oversight of compliance and operational risk for servicing portfolios was provided. Bryan led initiatives related to regulatory change, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop frameworks that integrated new requirements into operational practices. As AVP of Servicing Change of Law, Bryan managed teams to navigate regulatory impacts and enhance operational protocols, while earlier roles focused on foreclosure prevention and ensuring adherence to guidelines throughout the loan cycle. Bryan earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
