Chip Walker

Chip Walker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Risk Management at Rocket Companies since October 2025, Chip previously held significant roles at Mr. Cooper, where responsibilities included overseeing Enterprise Compliance and leading Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance initiatives. Prior to that, Chip contributed to Fannie Mae in various capacities, including Director of Operations for Credit Portfolio Management, focusing on risk and operational management. Additional expertise includes consulting at MarketSphere, financial analysis at First Horizon Bank, and trading management at Regions Bank. Chip holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MS in Accounting and Information Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Memphis.
