Danette Duron-Willner is a seasoned HR and DEI professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Danette serves as the Principal Owner of Clearheaded LLC and holds the position of Director of HR/DEI at Rocket Companies since February 2024. Previously, Danette was the Director of HR/DEI at Domino's from 2021 to 2023 and held various HR and legal positions at Kelly from 2002 to 2021, including Director of Employment Law & Litigation and Senior Manager of HR and DEI. Danette began a career in civil rights as an Investigator and Law Clerk at the Michigan Department of Civil Rights from 1998 to 2002. Danette holds a Doctor of Law degree in Labor and Employment Law from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Arizona.
