Keith W. DeAngelis is a seasoned professional in learning and talent development with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Talent Strategist at Rocket Companies since May 2023, DeAngelis previously held the position of Vice President of Global Learning and Talent Development at Rocket Central, where oversight included the design and delivery of leadership and professional development programs for approximately 30,000 team members. Prior to these roles, DeAngelis spent over 16 years at Comcast in various leadership positions, including Vice President of Learning and Talent Development, where responsibilities encompassed leveraging data-driven methods to enhance organizational performance and drive business growth. DeAngelis is an alumnus of The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, engaged in the Executive Leadership Program, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Neumann University.
