Keri Lyn Calhoun

Keri Lyn Calhoun has extensive experience in client and customer support, project management, and community outreach, currently serving as a Partner at RocketBlocks since September 2019. Keri has also been freelancing in product and project management since October 2016, primarily focusing on improving internal communication and processes for digital agencies and SaaS SMBs. As the Owner of Always a Little since June 2017, Keri designs and fabricates jewelry for retail and wholesale. Previous roles include VP Strategy and VP Product Development at Batchbook, where significant contributions included rebranding initiatives and leading multiple development teams through major product launches. Keri's early career features positions at InsureMyTrip.com, The Cobalt Group, and Amazon.com, where Keri was instrumental in launching Amazon's first remote customer service project. Keri holds an MA in Secondary Education from Rhode Island College and a BA in English from Framingham State University.
