Shivani Pande

Shivani Pande currently serves as the Senior Manager of People Success at Rocketium, having held this position since July 2020. Additionally, Shivani is a Podcast Host at The HR Club and a Community Member at The Talent Deck, both roles undertaken since January 2025 and May 2022, respectively. Prior work experience includes a role as Senior Specialist in Employer Branding and Talent Branding at Blume Ventures, where Shivani contributed significantly to the founding of the Employer Branding vertical.
