Krishna kumar

Krishna Kumar is currently the Creative Head at Rocketlane. Prior to that, they were the Creative Director - Motion and graphics at AppViewX from November 2019 to February 2021. Before that, they were the Senior Motion Graphic Designer at Freshworks from June 2015 to November 2019.

At Freshworks, Krishna Kumar was part of the corporate marketing team and was responsible for the production of qualitative video for marketing. Krishna worked across the company, including with product teams, support, sales, HR, internal communications, digital and corporate marketing teams to understand and gather video requirements on a product and company level.

Some of their key responsibilities included planning the visual flow of videos, deciding on the design style needed for videos, and driving formation of the animation video from the Pre Production - Post Production Stage. Krishna also mentored interns and new joinees.

The types of work Krishna Kumar has experience with include full-fledged feature explanatory animation, branding animation and promotional videos, employer branding and internal comm. videos, Pre-event, at the event and post-event videos, animated Youtube ads for products and brand, website feature explanatory looping animation, UI & loader animations, mixed videos like live-action plus motion graphics, testimonials, tutorials, intro and outro animations, B-Roll animations, lower-thirds, infographic animations, blog cover illustrations, website redesigns, and complete anniversary and internal event design from start to end.

Krishna kumar has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Design and Visual Communications from Annamalai University and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bharathiar University.
